Some Proper Bingo Conducts

Most bingo professionals and those that are regular players to a bingo hall are always ready to give assistance and help to those bingo players who are new to the bingo hall. They sometimes are really eager to be of help but it is still best that anyone would know the proper conduct and behavior inside a bingo hall so as not to step on other's toes when you are paving your way to play in any bingo hall.

Remember to always keep your voice down. This is the most important of all unwritten rule in playing bingo. You might notice that bingo regulars usually tone down their voices once the caller has started the game.

Look out for those lucky seats. In a bingo hall, there usually are players who have a favorite seat and will not seat in any other seat. They believe that their favorite seat gives them luck to win. So, if you happen to sit in one of that lucky seat and someone suddenly tap you in the shoulder, it is a better idea to just stand and look for another seat.

Always remind your kids to be quite. There are times that you have no choice but to bring your kids in a bingo hall while you are playing bingo. If this may happen always bring along some activities for them so that they will become busy and will not roam around and make noises. Some players may tolerate that there are kids around but they may be irritated and annoyed if the kids will make noise to ruin their concentrations in their game. Instead of having fun they may be irritated and will get impatient to the kids.

Don't shout the number that you need. There are players that in their excitement forgets that there are other players around and shouts the number they are waiting to hit bingo. Try to avoid doing this for it distracts other players and will destroy their concentrations.

Do not mimic the caller. Some players have a practice of repeating the numbers as the caller calls it out. This may help them concentrate more to their game but to some players around, it may be distracting and very annoying. They also are trying to concentrate to their game and having you mimic the caller may ruin their game. Try not to talk and all other noises kept to a minimum as the caller shouts the numbers.

If you are a smoker, try to respect the nonsmokers' area of a bingo hall. It is believe that bingo and smoking are inseparable but there are also some players who cannot tolerate smoke. There are some who felt sick when there is smoke especially if the bingo hall has poor ventilation. Just respect them and smoke in the smoking area.
